How to Add a Coming Soon Page to Your Website

Sign up! ❤️ https://www.influencersampleclub.com/ To make my page I used Mailerlite.com I’ve just been setting up my own platform that’s going to help small businesses connect with influencers for free. This is how I set up a coming soon page - totally free! This video is going be particularly good if you’re not sure which platform you want to go for, it could be Shopify, Squarespace, or your building something on Wordpress - this is what I did. First of all, why bother having a ‘Coming Soon’ page? Why not just launch? The power of a pre-launch! How long should you pre-launch? I would set a timeline of around 60-days The first 30 days are to generate a buzz, give your audience some valuable advice, and create awareness and then the following 30 days are to really push people to your platform and get those sign ups! This is my Coming Soon page - how did I do it! If you’re anything like me, you’re not very tech savvy - you’re not going to want to start writing and editing code. So, if youre not sure which platform you’d like to use yet - but you want to start collecting email addresses, I would go to mailerlite.com - not sponsored I am actually one of their customers. If you’re a small business with limited budget it's great and it’s free for your first 1000 subscribers! I know that Mailchimp it's free for your first 500 subscribers. This is their selection of templates for Coming Soon - this is the one I picked. Then just go ahead and edit it. If you have different segments of people interacting with your store - you can create different forms here. And then connect the segment with the right form. Whilst you're collecting email addresses, it’s completely free to use Mailerlite. And you pay once you start emailing people. If you have a domain that you want to link to your coming soon page - they have very easy step by step instructions. You log in to the platform where you purchase the domain - I used Ionos - and from there you go into your settings change DNS - follow the instructions - adding an A name and Cname - very easy, just copy and paste each little bit.
